Mini Review - Magic Square MS-B29 Video Team

Magic Square’s Video Team is a fun little set. Lots of accessories, a fairly involved and fun transformation, and some very impressive articulation considering their size! I do wish the plastic quality was better and the final product was a bit cleaner especially in the face sculpts.

Thanks to Paul N. for lending me the Magic Square MS-B29 Video Team to check out.

The Goodies (+)

+
Incredible articulation for the size.

+ Fun to play with.

+ Cool accessories

+ Weapons are Siege Effect compatible.

+ Fun accessory integration in alt mode.

The Baddies (-)

- Plastic is very soft and soapy.

- Lots of rough edges, nubs, plastic tags.

- Face Sculpts are a bit ugly. Very rough looking.

- Ankles are quite loose and limited in range.

Final Thoughts (Do I recommend this figure?)

Magic Square pulled off a really fun mini reflector set that I can wholeheartedly recommend, though I do think there are better options available depending on your tastes. Do your research and if you like the look of the Magic Square set I’ll gladly sign off on it as a quality piece of plastic play-time. As long as the type of plastic that Magic Square uses is to your liking I think you will enjoy this set.
